Oh I love Akira Kurosawa's Dreams, it's such a gorgeous film. I really liked large parts of Elizabeth, too. The others I haven't seen. Well, years ago I sat down with The City of Lost Children and I just couldn't hack it, I don't remember why. I need to try it again because it seems like the type of thing I'd love.

I tend to like old classics and foreign films. When I was younger I hated French films because of the tendency toward nebulous endings but now I love that aspect. I particularly like François Ozon's films.
